The room was basic but fine for a two night stay. Staff were very friendly. The kitchenette was good & the free wi fi worked well in our room. The location was good right next to the train station but if I was going again to see the Grotto & Basilica I would stay closer to them as it was a half hour walk & hilly to get there. We loved the food & service at the Vietnamese restaurant Chez Ly across the road.
On the second day the only service in our room was clean towels. Breakfast was very limited. Short reception hours.

Well we have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were very pleased with it, again we stayed for 7 nights with no problems. The staff were excellent and could speak very good english. €1.20 bus ride from town center at the hotel door. Also at the door is the Gare Lourdes SNCF Train station giving a good service. €11 return train to Pau. The hotel reception is not manned H24, however this was not a problem as door entry is by keycode. Do let them know by email if you intend arriving after 7.30pm as the staff will give you the key code and safebox code where they will deposit the room keys. 100% Happy and will return.

My room was incredibly spacious with a nice, clean bathroom - perfect for feeling comfy and relaxed. I appreciated having the convenience of coffee and tea facilities, along with a microwave oven to whip up quick snacks 😊.

We enjoyed our stay in your glorious hotel, which was on a pilgrimage to our lady of Lourdes.prefered a kettle to boil water for tea & coffee & a kitchen knife for cutting meat & vegetables for cooking.
No plug connection to recharge camcorder.

- Huge rooms, proximity to the train station, walking distance to the sites we wanted to visit. Lamia and Erika at the reception were extra helpful and can speak English fluently.

The patron's sensitivity to our needs was mind-blowing! Arriving late and hungry, they offered us a free snack of cheese, bread, and charcuterie. The charming and comfortable room had a large space and a small kitchen with all utensils. The location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, was super convenient. The street view from the room was jaw-droppingly nice. The proximity to the Grotto and multiple restaurants was a huge plus. The value for money was excellent, with great facilities like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a lift, and an electric kettle. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and appreciated that pets were allowed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, better than some big-name hotels we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!
